325 Puget Sound Loop
This was the furthest and most ambitious running project I have done.
The route was 325 miles with 7 miles being a ferry.
For the first 6 days I covered 263 miles.
Running with Troy we split off by about mile 75 so he could spend more time with his family and work as the run took longer than expected and him thinking he could complete the run in a lot less time than I could but sadly he had to end it at about mile 150.
At the end of the 6 days I realized my body wasn't able to recover well enough with sleep and nutrition I was getting so I ended my run thinking I'd be done.
I went back to work for a week and since it didn't feel right to not fully have completed the full Puget Sound route, I got back to where I ended and and finished the last 63 miles on the 13th day.
So overall I took 13 days with all the breaks and spent 7 days of running the loop.
Thank you all friends who helped me achieve my goal of running around the Puget Sound!!
